First, place your fists on the forehead. After that apply pressure using the middle and index finger knuckles. Thirdly, try maintaining the pressure as you slowly slide your fists to either side. End at your temples and gently apply more pressure. Repeat the exercise four times.

2. Eye Firmer

Benefits– By stretching the eyes and applying pressure, this exercise helps you fill out the lines that come from the dreaded crow’s feet. Doing the ‘eye firmer’ exercise also gives you a morning wake-up call by smoothing your eye bags and calming up the puffy eyes.

Steps:

First, form a “V shape” using your fingers and place them on the eyebrows. Then, apply pressure. Without tilting your head, look up towards the ceiling. After that, raise your lower eyelids to form a squint. Relax. Repeat the exercise six times. To complete, keep your eyes shut for at least 10 seconds.

3. Cheek Plumper

Benefits- Round cheeks are considered as the trademark of a youthful face. Do this exercise and work on the muscles in your cheeks upward and push against the natural gravity of your skin. This helps you give a more lifted and plumper appearance.

Steps:

To begin this exercise, the first thing you have to do is to close your lips tightly. Then, suck your cheeks in, forming the “fish lips” shape. Hold on to this position for at least 10 seconds. Repeat the exercise 5 times.

4. Giraffe Face

Benefits- Since the skin is sensitive and thin, the neck is considered as one of the first areas to show ageing signs. Stretching the platysma muscle in your neck every day helps firm up the natural looseness of the décolletage. This even helps to smooth your jawline and mouth area.

Steps:

First of all, you have to place your fingertips on the collar bones. Then, tilt your head backwards and tightly pucker your lips. As the head is tilted back, jut out your lower lip. After that, place the fingers on your collarbone. Bring back your head to the chest and repeat this exercise two more times. Hold deep breaths four times

5. Jaw Stretch

Benefits- Tightening your jawline with this neck firming exercise helps prevent fine lines. This also helps to trim up any unwanted fat in the jaw, and firm up the double chin.

Steps:

To begin, pucker your lips to one side until you feel a stretch in your cheek area. Then turn the head to that side and lift up (45 degrees angle). Keep holding this position for 3 seconds and feel the stretch in your neck. Repeat this exercise one more time, and then switch to the other side.

6. All-Over Face Firmer

Benefits- This exercise engages your entire face in an effective manner. It has the effect of defining,   toning, and activating your cheeks as well as the lower regions of your face. 

Steps:

First, form an “O” shape with your mouth and fold your lips over your teeth. Then, smile using the corners of your mouth. Place the fingers on your cheeks and then apply a little amount of pressure. Close your eyes. Pull your chin away from your face. Hold on to this position for at least 20 seconds. Repeat the exercise thrice.
